From a distance he appears to be floating in a large glass of it. Almost as though a child dropped their plastic toy in their morning milk.

I believe a devil submerged in a glass of milk was recently done as a performance piece in SoHo NY recently, but was pulled because it was found offensive to the Orthodox Satanic Community.
