You should've been there!

I met my performance anxiety head-on and kicked it's ass. The set was well received. Kept the floor packed beyond my expectations and had a blast back behind the booth. Much love to my 'gang of souls' who came out to cheer me on, danced their asses off and bought me drinks... I couldn't have done it without any of them.

I know it sounds stupid, but tonight was like realizing your life for the last few months has been one spent trapped inside your own secret identity while possessing no memory of your inherent mutant super powers and then stepping off a cliff only to realize that you could, indeed, fly all along.

I'll probably have a lot more to say about it later on... but right now two weeks of stressing out about the event has finally caught up with me. Adrenalin crash and insomnia giddy. Need water, carbs and serotonin stat!
