Karma Barter

So I lost a fresh pack of cigarettes today over at my friend Andy's place. However, on the way out of his complex, I found a soft back copy of Mark Z. Danielewski's House of Leaves (of which I've heard nothing but good things about) sitting on a pile of trash. Good timing too because prior to finding the book I was remarking how I needed something new to read since finishing Her Fearful Symmetry. All in all a fair trade with the universe I suppose... if only I wasn't jonsing for a smoke now!
