Scenes from my Real Life

Had a few drinks tonight with the Princess over at the Drunken Kilt. An awesome conversation and much post-holiday catching up. Then came home to my new TV guilty pleasure: Spike TV's Deadliest Warrior. Ended up watching Vlad the Impaler versus Sun Tzu. I've come to many conclusions after tonight's episode. One being that if I ever form my own death metal band it will be called 'Kilij' (a type of sword especially useful in repelling the armies of the Ottoman Empire). Two, there is no better motivation to fight to the death than knowing your enemy will anally shish kabob you should you be taken prisoner. Three, nothing quite sobers you up like watching some dude with black finger nails ferociously hack away at the hanging carcass of a pig with a halberd.
