You may not be aware that I am a fan of your Journal nor that i've been following some of your posts for quite some time now. I find their wit and style a refreshing change of pace in a field, despite its potentail to be otherwise, that proves to be little more than an electronic rumor mill and virtual dating service.
So you can imagine my immense disappointment upon learning that I have made the short list of 'fictional characters' you would wish to receive a message from!
While it may be that Mssr.Shea and Wilson have inadvertently turned me into a counter culture pop icon in their delightful (if not far-fetched) trilogy, the rumors of my non-exsistence are highly exagerated. In fact, and out of fact as well, not only am I a 'real' person in this paticular eigenstate, but like you, i'm real in countless other universes as well. Universes that are as equally fictious and 'real' as the one we are in now - though I still maintain that 'Everything in life is a hallucination - Everything in death too.'
You should also be aware that you yourself are considered to be a 'fictional character' in plenty of parallel eigenstates as well. For instance I bet you didn't even know, that in a few universes down the road, you exsist purely as the fictional star in a daily web comic strip. It's about the various observations made by a hip bohemian writer living in South Eastern UniStat. Perhaps you weren't aware as well, that there are several incarnations of yourself in the Illuminatus books that have never been written. One of my favorites finds you serving as the Security Officer on board the Lief Erickson sub-orbital recon ship. Yes, had his adventures continued to be told in this universe, I think you'd be rather suprised at some of the new toys our dear Captain Celine had came up with by the early 21st century. I think you'll also be delighted to know that, though along the coasts of some of the more remote probabilities, you are in fact a mutant vigilante prone to garish costumes and long winded exposistion.
I've been quoted as saying "The limits are nowhere near as rigid as we've been taught to believe...there are no practical limits at all, and Reality is whatever people decide to make it." I hope hearing from me this morning has reminded you of these words and that you in turn will one day create 'characters' of your own, each equally as fictious and real as myself.
