3. Go to Google translation and translate the lyrics from English into German.
4. Take the new German lyrics and translate them into French.
5. Take the new French lyrics and translate them into English.
6. Post the NEW English lyrics and have people guess the original song.

EDIT:: With no guesses down some 14 hours later, the correct answer is - Lights Out by The Angry Samoans.

No worries. The meme required me to randomly pick a song and that took me three tries as it is (getting Man or Astro Man surf guitar solos at first followed by a moving cello piece by Zoe Keating before finally getting a song with actual lyrics).
