Y'know I always used to think that the woman standing over the Clown's shoulder was wearing a mask of some form. Her face seems artifical compared to the other customers. An assassin, his lover, a fellow performer?
In truth though I just think the clown kinda looks like me if I was prone to sulking at cafes in full make up.
