When the routine bites hard and ambitions are low

For the first time in ages I've managed to get in twelve, count 'em, twelve hours of pure sleep. Refueled on serotonin & having gotten a little bit of dream channel surfing in I feel roughly ten years younger than I did yesterday. I woke up briefly to call out of work and went back to bed immediately. Of course now i've awoken to a home with no food in it, but that's why God invented cigarettes & coffee.
Great session last night on the play. I managed four pages at work yesterday (having been inspired by a friend online) and by the time I left the Scholars book cave last night we had doubled that. Dialouge is still my weak point when it comes to writting but I feel pretty good about what we got done. We're supposed to be getting together tonight to flesh out the next scene and then off to Trackside for Karoke with Rot-Knee. Hell I might even get up and butcher another Johnny Cash song, but I doubt that there's enough Bourbon in town to get me to risk the stage again!
Anyway time for Caveman Jack to forage for substanace!
