He is the perpetual initiate. The child of a thousand rituals, a pilgrim of the gods of serendipity & love. He now finds himself blindfolded and marched to the gates of the Western Tower. Two Executioners walk behind him as escorts, one wears the white hood of Joachim the other the black hood of Binah. They escort him through the gates to the Temple of the Gallows Mother where he is marched up the 13 steps of the Scaffold Altar. All around him he can hear the echoing of a thousand whispers, the probing of shadowed faces waiting. When he reaches the apex of the altar the Executioners strip him down savagely, leaving him shivering & bloody, naked in a wind howling damnation. Then the White Hood ties his hands behind his back while the Black Hood draws a knive, steps behind him and cuts a small scratch across his throat. The White Hood dabs his finger on the wound, and applies the blood to his lips. It is with No-Mind & full heart that the Random Gentle Love Master smiles and blows red painted kisses to his invisible audience. The Black Hood kicks out his legs and drops him to his knees. The White Hood places the noose around his neck. The executioners now stand at attention, to the left and to the right of the aspirant. Now ascends the Red Woman, the Devils own Concubine, our lady of guilotines, The Gallows Mother has arrived. The executioners attend her, gently removing the layers of her scarlet robes, revealing pure beauty, cruel & perfect. She steps towards the Initiate, and crouches down in front of him, lifting him by the chin with jewel covered claws and examining this strange creature that has been offered before her.
"I ride a beast of seven heads" She speaks the words directly into his thoughts "Which one are you to be...?"
"A poet" he whispers
"Then your tongue will taste death and sing upon me the glory of the stars" She rises and thrusts her hips into the aspirants face, she opens her love with one hand and beckons the Executioners to tighten the knot of the noose around his neck. "You will sing for me poet, or you will drop to your death... either way I'll wear your love like a jewel in a crown of skulls". With that he smiles, leans into her bravely and begins to recite his poem.
