Amendment One Rant

Once again right before the eyes of the world, you've stumbled out of your cultural trailerpark amped up off of freebasing ignorance like a crack head long enough to give democracy a bad name before getting back to the "Game".Thank you for the pick-up-truck-lynch-mob mentality. Thank you for marshalling your armies of the loud, fat and angry to march to the polls with a vicious pride in your swagger ready to deny our fellow human beings a basic, fundamental sense of dignity & privacy. Yes thank you, for I'll sleep so much better tonight now Georgia, knowing that though the man responsible for the largest foriegn attack on American soil is still loose and mocking us on our own television sets every other month, that I am at least safe from the insidious threat of gay marriage! Bravo Georgia! This is your proud legacy of character, the denial of allowing same sex couples- Civil unions, domestic partner benefits, hospital visiation rights, social security benefits, adoption and parental rights. Yes Georgia whenever the confederate flag is in danger you have risen, whenever corruption and inepitude have needed to be rewarded you have risen, whenever the rally cry of states rights has been bellowed to justify prejudice & intolerance you have risen and stood tall.
Thank you Georgia for closing the gap between church & state one cruel little thoughtless law at a time.
