So I was out of work yesterday for my Zombie Apocalypse Survival Class (which is now an elective in most major universities from what I understand). I got to see our upcoming curriculum which includes such interesting courses as Rapid amputation of a limb to prevent Zombitis, How to fortify a major American shopping mall against both the living dead & belligerent biker gangs, helicopter piloting for dummies, Hobos Vs Zombies: Who would win?, "Aim for the head stupid!", The Tao of Ving Rhames, Ninjitsu for beginners, Combat Crocheting and An Introduction to Post-Structuralist Thought (who knew Barthes & Romero had so much in common?).
Most interesting was this guide to various hand signs for squad leaders of Tactical Anti Zombie Units.

on 2007-02-07 08:18 pm (UTC)By the way have you seen Who Is Bozo Texino? (http://www.billdaniel.net/who_is_bozo_texino/). It's a documentary on the 100 year old tradition of hobo & rail worker graffiti. A truly amazing documentary. They have it over at Videodrome and it'd be right up your alley.
I thought you might appreciate this.
