Morrissey-"the new one". I know i'm behind on updating the selection. I do plan on getting this one ASAPD (as soon as pay day- I think the song was "I like You".
Covenant-Wall of sound-sorry I wanted to hit it sometime after "Testure" but the show was running a little late and it being a 7 minute song I didn't want to play the first three minutes only to fade it out.-next time.
"Anything but this Techno crap" - well I hate to bitch about the people who bitch, but the follow up to that statement was "Oh and what was that last song you played?"

I would like to thank OMAC for the SITD song- "laughing stock"- good call and I got a lot of good feed back on it, something to hunt down online in the future.
Mainly I tried to get in a lot of Rubberella s requests
(being her B-day and all). Always a pleasure working with
nemesisxiii as per usual (thank you once again for the Duran Duran and other CDs-having fun w/them now).
I felt I was a little shaky at first around the first set, I kind of felt I was on autopilot. I got a complaint about the Garbage & Janes, something about it not being apropos to a goth club. What can I say? I admit I don't tend to hit VNV and Apop at a quarter after 10 when it's just me and the staff. Instead of telling me what you "don't" want to hear however, try and tell me what you "do" want to hear, If I don't have it I will eventually (and thats if the other Dj doesn't)-telling me I suck and sulking away to brood at the bar isn't doing either of us any good. Please, If theres something I'm not hitting in the set department feel free to let me know, It's the only way I'll learn.Ok enough of my whining, Anyway by the 2nd set I felt "IT" - full floor or full of liqour, either or I defenitely started picking up on the energy. Hope everyone had fun. Hope y'all had fun. Now it's time to get back to my little hole until next SR.

hey...it's all good brother. there is always someone who's gonna be upset....as they say "you can't please all the people all the time". bottom line is this; the place was packed, they danced until the lights came on....we did good. amen.
