You never cease to amaze me with the oddities you find!
Now if I could only figure it out: Do you smoke your blunt before or after feasting on some poor bloody soul? The bat's definitely had some.

Why thank you:)I often feel like one of those old mariners running a beat-up old Junker trawling through the rivers for discarded relics and pop-culture antiques.

I have yet to tap into the Bollywood Horror genre. This must be remedied!

You know, I was just thinking to myself my day would not be complete without a two-headed yeti, snake women, midgets knife fighting octopi, a cyclops bear and vampire blunt-smoking catwomen from Bombay.

Once again you have made the LJ world a weirder and more wonderful place.

Danke, I was just remarking that the quality I enjoy most is their resemblance between carnival freak show flyers and old Universal Monster movie posters.

And he seems so diabolically pleased with himself, despite the small, cute nature of his new form. This is a rare quality I find in certain rare, B-Horror movies involving inept mad scientists and sorcerers -- and it totally enthralls me. These lonely, peerless but brilliant men seek to change their lives for the better through their dark works, manage to just turn themselves into ineffective freaks, but are so swollen with pride, they don't see how bad they've really fucked up. "The Blood Waters of Dr. Z" is a fine example of this. :)

I don't know that I've ever seen someone create this on purpose, though -- as with so many of the things that make cheesy movies great, it takes a careful balance of inspiration and ineptness to pull off.

I guess its the B-movie equivalence of Clark Ashton Smith's dark fantasy tales where dark sorcerers are constantly getting in way over their heads.
