Legal Status - Illegal refugee from a parallel universe (designated Earth-23)
Known Team Affiliates - Has been kicked off almost all independent and state sponsored metahuman crisis response units. Most notably the Secret Squadron (tested positive for illegal extra-sensory enhancers), the Psychonauts (drinking alcoholic beverages during a metahuman crisis), Academy Zero (excessive tardiness, refusal to complete Danger-Box training sessions) and the Tesla Society of America (insubordination, attempted necromancy and unauthorized transtemporal displacement).

Origin - A parallel universe tourist who has been trapped on our earth since the early 70's. Little is known of his past that is not outright bullshit!

Enemies - Doctor Edgar J Nevermore, the Chaos Butterflies, the Paradigm Pirate, Mr and Mrs Mist, Bone Machine, Johnny Prospero, Cockadoodle Dandy, the Hobomancer, the Kings Highwaymen... as well as the dreaded Gorilla-Bee hive from Alpha Centauri (winged bug eyed gorillas with stingers and am/fm antennae who came to our planet in order to turn it into one of their Ape-iary hive colonies).

Powers - A 'Chaos-Magickian' Jack's abilities have not been fully cataloged at this time. He has demonstrated the following meta-talents: Ontological Invisibility, Phantom Vision, Orgone Manipulation, Astral Travel, Entropy Field, Transtemporal Relocation, Remote Chakra Activation/deactivation, Telepathy (category rating of 6) and the "Summoning" of "Ultra-terrestials" (at this time it is believed these are actually a combination of some undisclosed level of telekinesis that is coupled with an optical illusion manipulation to create these 'creatures')

Weaknesses - Jack's powers have the stipulation that each use will trigger a negative random event relative to his point of view ('Bad Luck'). Also Jack is absolutely useless in most hand to hand combat scenarios (he claims that Earth-23 is a Matriarchy and that on his planet young the rituals into manhood a young man must endure is based on their tantric, rather than martial, prowess).
