I'm not sure really what movie this scene is from, the imagery just grabbed me as too fabulous not to save to my flickr account.
Wow - I've never played 'Attack of the Mutants' but I remember seeing the ad you posted in a bunch of old Marvel comic books. There was something oddly fascinating about the imagery (oddly enough this also reminds me that what we call 'zombies' now seems to have been 'mutants' back in the day).
What's fun about the ad is that it was illustrated by John Hagen-Brenner, one of the chief artists of canonical works of the Church of the SubGenius. You will see that the young man on the left has a distinct resemblance to "Bob" and a pipe in his shirt pocket....
