Okay, back from walking Vee to work through the rain and scoring a two-inch thick stack of free comic books. Going to blast Meat Beat Manifesto until the downstairs neighbor weeps, cook up some chicken vindaloo (must be all that Red Dwarf I've been watching lately) and vanish into the wonderful world of power rings and thunder gods for awhile.

But here's a fun Hangman murder-puzzle to keep you busy while I'm gone...

Wow, that's gotta be the easiest maze I've ever seen! It would look pretty cool on mushrooms, though.

Poor Doctor Rigor and Professor Mortis, due to their unusually macabre surnames they are constantly being rounded up for questioning whenever there is a murder... and as such forced to stand around mazes until some masked vigilante figures out it wasn't them. Worst of all the two men have never formally met and have grown weary of being told at parties - "Why Doctor Rigor, what do you mean you've never met Professor Mortis... you two would get along famously".

Interesting stuff, thanks for the link.

I've always found the idea of inspiration as this separate entity that inhabits/possesses the artist an interesting one. I've gotten into a lot of heated arguements with some of my film/theatre friends on the subject - some of whom believe that the idea doesn't belong to the individual who came up with it but to those who can use it best. I being quite the egocentric, find that bullshit. But I can't deny feeling as if something has just overcome me at times when I'm writing and that I am merely a vessel for a force bigger than me... but I believe that force resides internally, not externally, from the artist. Still the video was some great food for thought and definitely inspiring in that 'hold on and hold tight' sort of way.

Anyway I'm blabbering... but I really dug the part about Tom Waits in his car shouting at his 'Daemon' to come back later when he's not driving.

Again, appreciate the thought and the gesture, man.

Np :)
Like anything, I think of it as a ~tool~, y'know?
It's not a lifetime subscription, but, well, can you use this idea, feeling or impression to do something better for you or others?
